STUD CARDS

How many times have you been to a show and someone has asked if they could have details of your Stud dog. Or a breeder would like to know some details.
What do you do!!
These make life simple. They are only postcard size and when at shows fit in your bag easily, no fuss!
They have your own chosen picture on front with your Kennel name and your contact info on the front. On the reverse side is his 4 generation pedigree. Everything a potential breeder would need to know firstly when deciding on a Stud dog. They can then contact you for any further information they require from the contact information you supplied on the card.

Information Needed for Stud Card:

  1. Photo of Stud dog - can email a photo
  2. His Full Registered Name
  3. His Pedigree information, 4 generation pedigree information; (please triple check for spelling/name errors as we cannot be held responsible or refund for mistakes in pedigree that are not our fault)
  4. Contact information:
  5. Your Name or Kennel Name/affix
  6. Telephone Number
  7. E-mail and website or Home address (please note! Not all 3 items will fit, due to size of card)
These are created on white postcard size card. You get 20 studs cards
You need to send us a picture for the front of your Stud dog and his Kennel Name.
Customers outside the United States will be billed extra postage costs depending on where they live. Charges will be calculated for United Postal Service delivery.

TRI-FOLD HEALTH RECORD

These are generic puppy/pet health records.  They are great to hand out as part of your puppy kit. All pet owners should have these. Don't let your puppies go to their new home without the benefit of these. Excellent way of keeping up with the puppies/pets health record.
Done on quality inkjet paper stock.
Tri-fold health records have room to record your pets vaccinations, worming history, and other medical procedures. On left hand side inside of folder allows you to record the dogs identity as well as contact information of the veterinarian and owner. Also included inside the form on the right hand side bottom is contact information of the breeder or seller. Your kennel name can be included as part of the contact information.
